Please inspect carefully as placing an order is deemed as your having fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

GENERAL

All customers must be 18 years or older. Placing an order denotes acceptance and confirmation of this.

The prices indicated on this website are inclusive of VAT.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

You may cancel an order within 24hrs of order being received and no later. After that time, we may start preparing your order without further contact.

International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The purchaser is responsible for the importation of products into their country, for complying with all local legislation and for the payment of any and all expenses incurred in addition to our price and cost of delivery.

PAYMENT

All customers are billed in EURO. The credit/debit card that is being used must be your own. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Purchases may require further authentication steps, such as a bank authorisation code or proof of the name and billing address that the card issuing bank has on file.

Items will not be shipped until all requested proof has been provided. If these details are not provided within 7 days of being requested, MILKSHAKEN reserves the right to void any orders and the purchaser will receive a full refund within a further 5 working days.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

We can only accept your order after full payment has been received. We will confirm the acceptance of your order via email, to the address you provided to us during checkout.

DELIVERY

The products are delivered to the shipping address indicated during the checkout process.

If no one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a following delivery attempt or collection by the addressee. Any extra fees due to recipient not accepting the shipment delivery or providing incorrect or incomplete shipping name and address may lead to additional charges.

You may be contacted directly via our courier, their partners or Customs regarding your shipment. Please ensure full name of consignee is given for delivery address to avoid delays or further charges. For goods delivered outside of the EU, the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and completion.
MILKSHAKEN shall not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

DELIVERY TIMES

Items are made to order and will be dispatched within 7 - 10 working days from the point of credit clearance and address verification. MILKSHAKEN reserves the right to extend this period, and will notify you of any delays to your order.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All designs and customisations, adjustments or amendments undertaken by MILKSHAKEN as part of a bespoke/custom order or commission remain the sole property of MILKSHAKEN for design and copyright purposes, to be used as they choose.

RETURNS

Products are made to order, and may not be returned nor exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault.

For the return to go forward

• The customer must let MILKSHAKEN know of any issues within 24 hours of receiving their items. In the case of fault or damage the customer must provide adequate photographic evidence.
• Returns are then subject to approval by MILKSHAKEN.
• The return must be sent exactly as advised by MILKSHAKEN, and put in the post within 7 days of being approved via email.
• Unless otherwise agreed upon, MILKSHAKEN will not pay for any postage, duties or taxes incurred by a return, nor will accept any returns sent through customs incorrectly.
• We must receive the return within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt the product(s) including the original label, tags and packaging, must be new, unused and complete. The customer is responsible for any damage inflicted after the item came to their possession and before the return was received by MILKSHAKEN, including damage or loss by the courier.
• Upon receipt of the return, if we agree that the product(s) was indeed faulty, we will offer a refund via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange. We will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your return to negotiate this. All refunds are subject to a 5% card processing fee.
